Information for Non-Traditional Pharm.D Clerkship Students

To be eligible for participation in clerkships, students must have an overall GPA of 2.25

Online Orientation for Clerkship Students
       -- All students are expected to view this orientation. It is very informative, will answer many questions and will also provide a walk-through of both the Online Proposal and the Online Portfolio sites.

Immunizations Required
          -- DOCUMENTATION of these immunizations (in the form of lab reports, health records, etc.) is required before enrolling in Clerkships. Inserting dates on the Immunization form is NOT adequate documentation. All clerkship students must also supply Current CPR Certification, Proof of Liability Insurance Coverage (maintained throughout the clerkships) and Health Insurance.
