Dear Colleague,
This note is to advise you of our future
plans for the KU Non-Traditional Pharm.D. program. Recently Barb Woods and
I conducted a post-graduate survey to determine ongoing interest in
post-graduate education. Based in part on our conclusion from the
post-graduate study we have decided to phase the Non-Traditional PharmD
program out and begin to phase in new post-graduate professional
programming.
We are scheduled to accept our last new
class of Non-Traditional Pharm.D. students in the Fall of this year unless
we experience enrollment requests that are not manageable in a single
semester. The deadline for application for this final class is May 31,
2006. As always if you have questions about the NTPD program don’t
hesitate to contact me. You can reach me at
ntpd@ku.edu
In close I would like to thank those of
you that have supported the program during the past eight years and
encourage anyone still interested in completing their Pharm.D. to explore
this opportunity while it is still available.
Regards,
Ronald E. Ragan, R.Ph, Ph.D.
